Terms and conditions Magma Creativo, S.L.
- Orders are shipped the same day as long as the purchase is made before the deadline indicated in the store.
- Orders will be delivered in a period of between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the time the purchase was made.
- Magma Creativo is not responsible for delays caused by the transport agency.
- All our products can be returned or exchanged for a different one within a maximum period of 15 days. After this time, no type of claim will be accepted.
- The return or exchange process can be carried out by sending an email to devoluciones@magmacreativo.com. Purchased items must be in perfect condition and not have been worn or washed.
- The images of all products are a digital sample and may not represent the final finish. For greater security, visit our social networks.
- Magma Creativo is not responsible for damage caused to both the garment and the drawing, as a result of mistreatment and/or care.
- In the event that a garment is out of stock, it will be clearly identified within the store. If, due to an error, a sale without stock is processed, a similar item can be sent or the purchase returned.
- All of our prices include VAT.
- Credit or debit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Once the product has been collected and subsequently shipped, Magma Creativo is not responsible for any possible loss or damage. This responsibility becomes the shipping company.
- The shipping company we work with is MRW. All shipping costs are detailed within the cart just at the time of processing the purchase.
- The Balearic Islands, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, Ceuta and Melilla must pay a customs tax that is not included in the shipping price.
- All shipments whose purchase exceeds 60 euros, will be free. It only applies to the peninsula.
- All products purchased at Magma Creativo can be returned or exchanged for a different one within a maximum period of 15 days. After this time, no claim will be accepted.
- All products must be in perfect condition, not having been washed or used beyond having been tested. In case of returns, the shipping costs are borne by Magma Creativo
- In case of exchanges, that is, exchanging one product for another, the costs are borne by the customer. This action has a cost of €8.29. In the event that the products to be exchanged exceed 5Kg. The cost would be €11.10.
- To make a return or an exchange, it is necessary to send an email to devoluciones@magmacreativo.com indicating the products to be returned, full name and invoice number.
- In case you want a return and do not receive any product in exchange, said return will be made under the same purchase method. The purchase with a card, the money will be returned to it.
